CONSTRUCTION DRAWING SERVICES

Flowitt Architects have a dedicated and experienced technical team, who produce working drawing packages and NBS specifications for varying sectors.

At this stage we will produce and compile a comprehensive set of working/construction drawings used in the building construction project. These will include not only architect’s drawings but structural and services engineer’s drawings etc. if required.

Our working drawings logically subdivide into location, assembly and component drawings. They are a continuation of the building regulations scheme drawings and set out, in far greater detail, how the building is physically constructed at critical junctions.

Working drawings are required by most contractors to provide more accurate costings (Tender) of the proposed build but also build the scheme successfully, and as the client intended.
