Flowitt Architects were appointed in 2010 for the works to three separate houses, to be built on the same plot of land in Guildford.

Flowitt was commissioned for a five bedroom house, a four bedroom house, and a three bedroom house complete with a balcony and an exciting oak framed structure that helped to bring light and elegance to the interior.

This amazing structure was built off-site by the Green Oak Carpentry Company.
